In 2016, I developed content on a team tasked with updating one of the company's websites. One team member was a UX Designer and because I'm a natural sleuth who had no clue about UX, I began my investigation. Beyond UX methodology and tools, I learned that UX is the key to happy users and if I developed these skills, I could help more people.
